The Art of Woo

An article of mine just appeared in the Catalyst Monthly. It’s called “The Art of Woo.” Here’s a short excerpt….

Do you have moments when you dream of overcoming the Christian stereotype? Deep down, we long to be part of a loving and diverse community… to be part of a church known for caring for those the world has forgotten. BTW… I highly recommend checking out the Catalyst Conference. It’s a huge annual gathering of 10,000 or so pastors / emerging leaders. It takes place in Atlanta in early October. This year’s speakers include Erwin McManus, Andy Stanley, Rick Warren, Dave Ramsey, Tim Sanders, Shane Claiborne, Patrick Lencioni, John Maxwell, and more! See www.CatalystConference.com for details.

Great article! Whether or not woo is one of our strengths (not in my top 5), we should all work on developing ourselves in that area.
