What a great series of experiences we’re having at Mosaic this week! Here are some of the highlights:
SATURDAY – LEADERSHIP ADVANCE*
400 of our leaders gathered together for a day celebrating all that God has been doing and looking forward to what is to come in 2008! We had breakouts dealing with “Establishing Significant Relationships” and “Spiritual Vitality” along with main sessions and Q & A with Erwin. He challenged us to become leaders of leaders and to invest and serve at least one person around us who is being overlooked.
We talked about changing the world with the power of love and faith and hope!
SUNDAY – INTERSECTIONS
A fascinating and challenging new series began on Sunday dealing with billboards from across the city. This week, our speaking team led by Erwin tackled “Life is Short, Have an Affair.” To hear or watch this talk, sign up for the free Mosaic Podcast.
MONDAY & TUESDAY – MOSAIC ALLIANCE
From across the world (Toronto, New Zealand, Southeast Asia) and across the U.S. (Seattle, Reno, Dallas/Fort Worth, Maryland, Cleveland, Detroit, Los Angeles, Tulsa), some really remarkable leaders, church planters, thinkers, writers, entrepreneurs, activists, and overall good people out trying to change the world have gathered together to brainstorm ways to create the future!
I am looking forward to more time tomorrow with these guys including watching the Clippers and Suns from box seats followed by a game on the Staples Center court!
THURSDAY THRU SATURDAY – RETHINK CONFERENCE
Looking forward to learning more from such a wide variety of speakers and leaders!
So grateful for the opportunities we have as part of our community at Mosaic!

Hi Eric,
Love reading your blog. I’m reading your book right now, too, as next month I will be leading a growth group through my church and we will be reading your book! I’m really excited about it (and glad that you added discussion questions at the back of the book – thanks for helping me out!). I’ll direct my growth group folks to your blog so they can read this while reading the book. 🙂
Hey Eric,
Thanks again for hosting the Mosaic Alliance conversations…thoroughly enjoyed them as well as meeting the other guys. Appreciate you thinking of me.
Just want to let you know that I put your photo up on my blog…the cotton candy one…:) http://www.charlestlee.com
