This month we looked at the marks of maturity in a community. One of the important qualities includes the fact that everyone contributes. Too often 20% of the people do 80% of the work. In God’s economy, everyone has something to offer. When we aren’t there, not only do we miss out, but others miss out. Check out the brief overview here:
