Genetic Portraits

I ran across this fascinating work by Ulric Collette. It reminded me of a science fair project in middle school created by a friend of mine named Jocelyn Edwards. She took pictures of the faces of family members and then put the left side on the right side. It was fascinating to see the lack of symmetry in the people’s faces. Collette took it to the next level and took the right side of a mother and the left side of a daughter and put them together.
