Well, I didn’t read it yet, but would say, “Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am a sugarholic.” It sounds rather silly, but it is perfectly true. Thankful to God, I am sugar free since Dec. or Jan., 2014. That is the longest in my entire almost half a century here on earth. I credit my success to the ability to use Trim Healthy Mama and the fact that I can still have dessert. I LOVE SWEETS.
Congratulations! What helped you make that change in your life?
