Jeff and Laura Sandefer felt their sons needed something different than the typical education. So many schools focus their time and energy on preparing students for standardized tests rather than preparing them for the real world.
After looking into other options and even trying some, they decided to use the same entrepreneurial skills they used in business and in the Acton School of Business (MBA in Entrepreneurship) to create something unique. The result is Acton Academy.
According to their website, their mission is “to inspire each child and parent who enters our doors to find a calling that will change the world.”
