CREATING SPACES

Our impact is always greater when we work together rather than each of us working alone, but that requires all of us living connected in community to meet those needs and to be a part of life transformation. That kind of community begins with space – space to hang out, to get to know each other, space that removes barriers, space where life groups and networks can meet, eat and invite others in to community. That’s why we’re excited to move into 24/7 space at our South Campus to help us live connected and invite others into life-change.

With 24/7 space, from which we can serve South Austin like never before, there will be space for helping children, teenagers, college students, young adults, singles, couples, and families live connected, be transformed, and change our world.

We’ve found a prime location along William Cannon, ideally located to connect with several neighborhoods in South Austin. We’ll have 17,000 sq. ft. with plenty of parking.

Moving into a 24/7 space would allow us to expand what we are doing with NextGen, recovery, the arts, life groups, networks, our serve initiatives and enable us to start new initiatives to meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of our city.

The projected budget to build out and lease this space is $800,000. We currently have $250,000 given and pledged through 2015 through Life Giving Life. To complete the build out, we need to raise an additional $550,000.

In addition, our next exciting goal is to launch a Central campus in 2015-16 to serve those in downtown and East Austin.
