Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
We hope you had a great year of growth and adventure!
Here are some of the highlights of our 2015:
Caleb and I traveled to Toronto where I helped with The Bridge, and we enjoyed a Raptors game.
Caleb, Trevi, and I served on a youth mission trip in downtown Minneapolis.
The four of us spent time in New Orleans, Mobile, Miami, Key West, and Baton Rouge on our epic summer road trip!
Caleb enjoys spending time with friends at Austin High School football games, playing basketball, watching movies, and playing video games. His greatest highlight was standing on the front row for the Drake concert at the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Trevi enjoys photography, fashion design, and redesigning her room as often as we let her plus spending time with her friends. She is in 8th grade at O.Henry Middle School.
Deborah and I have enjoyed our trips to Dulce Neve for authentic gelato, exploring Austin’s delicious places to eat, our weekly visits to Alamo Drafthouse, and Saturday brunch at our house.
I’ve also really enjoyed my partnership with Bethel Seminary (teaching a Doctor of Ministry cohort in San Diego and a Post-Christian Ministry Certificate in Austin).
We’ve all been enjoying our friends and ministry with Gateway Church in Austin. This year we raised funds to move our Gateway South campus from a high school to a new permanent facility, and we are launching a Gateway Central Campus. If all continues to go smoothly, our move and the launch will be in Feb. 2016.
