What a remarkable year we have had!

This year with your help, our non-profit was able to bring about some positive change!

We had the opportunity to help churches and businesses maximize their teams using the MBTI, StrengthsFinder, and Enneagram.

We released Not Like Me: Learning to Love, Serve, and Influence Our Divided World.

• This new version works great for small groups and as a sermon series.
• Now available on Kindle.
• Our official launch party:
  BookPeople in downtown Austin on January 23rd at 7pmfor a book signing and the best stories from the book!

We created The Church Growth Summit – an online training for church leaders featuring interviews with Erwin McManus, Hugh Halter, Alan Hirsch, David Ireland, Soong-Chan Rah, John Burke, and many others.

We created and released www.ChurchGrowthWorkshop for church leaders who want to find their calling, reach new people, and raise up leaders.

We completed season one of the Start Good Things Podcast featuring Tasha Morrison of Be the Bridge, Hank Fortener of AdoptTogether, among others.

We completed another year training up leaders with our Post Christian Ministry intensives in Austin. (Our next session will be Jan. 25-26, 2018).

We completed our first doctoral cohort with Bethel Seminary in San Diego. A new cohort on Missional Effectiveness (also known as Global Leadership) begins in August 2018.

My trip to Israel and serving with Palestinians with a team from Gateway Church in Austin was transformational!

Getting Involved In Our Work

Through my non-profit, we want to continue to bring a practical response to the division and animosity we are experiencing in our broken world.

• We plan to train more church leaders through  online workshops and leadership retreats.
• We plan to help churches train their people to engage our world in a loving way through Not Like Me.

All proceeds from the book, workshops, and retreats helps us create more resources and invest in church leaders.
