The religious leaders want to kill Jesus. His brothers don’t believe.
Some think he’s a good man. Some think he’s deceiving the people.
After Jesus begins teaching, the people are amazed at what he had to say.
Some think he is the Prophet. Some think he is the Messiah. Some want to arrest him and kill him.
The people are divided on who they think Jesus is.

Message Notes:
The religious leaders want to kill Jesus. His brothers don’t believe Jesus is the Messiah so they encourage him to leave Galilee to go to Judea, the region that includes Jerusalem.
Jesus goes to the Festival of Tabernacles but not in the way his brothers want him to do so. Jesus does not go announcing himself as Messiah because his time had not yet come to do that.
The crowd is looking for him. Some think he’s a good man. Some think he’s deceiving the people.
After Jesus begins teaching, the people are amazed at what he had to say.
Some think he cannot be the messiah because they thought their scriptures teach no one would know his origin. In reality, Jesus was born in Bethlehem before his family fled to Egypt to escape King Herod’s killing of all the baby boys there. Jesus was raised in Nazareth which is in the region called Galilee.
Some think he is the Prophet.
Some think he is the Messiah.
Some want to arrest him and kill him.
The people are divided on who they think Jesus is.
