In this episode, I interview Gary Irby who serves as the Church Planting Director for the Northwest Baptist Convention which has grown from 330 to 530 churches in the last 30 years.
We worked together planting a church in Seattle in the mid 1990s before we moved to Los Angeles and Gary became the chief strategist for Seattle Church Planting.
