This fall I am starting an inaugural cohort for senior pastors, executive pastors, campus pastors, and discipleship pastors.
In this cohort we will be focusing on gaining momentum in your personal life and in your ministry.
So far 1500 pastors have been through my online training, and now 10-12 will be able to go through this with me personally as part of this cohort.
Our time together will be deeply spiritual and incredibly practical as we look at growing in the following:
- Self-awareness (understanding your motivations, personality, and strengths)
- Experiencing personal healing
- Removing barriers between your ministry and your neighbors
- Recruiting more volunteers
- Raising up leaders
- Growing in your own leadership effectiveness with your board, your staff, your congregation, and your family
The cost is normally $2500, but there are 7 spots remaining for only $1250 for the program.
